Where can I find instructions on how to use my Hello! Loom?

Download the instructions for your Hello! Loom here.

What is your shipping policy?

All items are shipped through USPS within 7-10 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. If you are worried your item won’t arrive by a certain date, email us at info@helloloom.com.

Hello! Loom is not accountable for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Once a package is delivered to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Once in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim, should the need arise, with the mail carrier. We recommended that the customer verify the appropriate filing timeline with the carrier, as each carrier has different regulations. More information on how to file a claim with USPS and UPS can be found on their respective websites. If you would like to insure your package, email us after placing your order and we will send you a separate invoice. We recommend purchasing insurance for international parcels or domestic orders exceeding $300.

All International orders ship USPS First Class Mail International.

  • We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

  • If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

  • If you have any issues with your order please email info@helloloom.com

If you would like to insure your package, please email us after your order is placed and we’ll invoice you separately. We highIy recommend this for international parcels or domestic orders over $300.

What is your breakage policy?

Please note that while Hello Looms are made of Baltic Birch plywood, and they can sometimes break. Care must be taken to pop out your loom pieces, and sometimes you may encounter splinters. While wooden tools generally last for years when treated with care, our looms are not guaranteed against breakage through play and usage. We cannot refund or replace items that break due to use.

What is your return policy?
